You would need to know the amount of water that the fish is submerged in.
i.e how deep the fish is swimming from the surface.
You also need to know the density of water which is = 1000kg/m^3 as well as consider gravity.
Once we have all 3 of those values, then we can calculate the pressure that will be exerted on the fish.
We use the equation:
p= hpg
pressure = depth x density x gravity
