the total pressure on the swimmer would be the sum of the atmospheric pressure and the pressure due to 10m colum of water

so,

P = Patm + ρgh

here

Patm = 105 N/m2

ρ (of water) = 1000 kg/m3

g = 9.81 m/s2

h = 10m

thus, we have

P = 105 + (1000x9.81x10)

so, total pressure

P = 1.981 x 105 N/m2
