electro motor works on the principle that when a current carrying conductor placed in a magnetic field it experiences a force and magnet provides a help in rotation of a coil

Answer:We have seen that when current carrying conductor is placed normally(perpendicularly) in a magnetic field, a force is acting on the conductor and this makes the conductor to move. This is harnessed to construct an electric motor.
