A Fuse is a wire Made of an Alloy of Several Metals, is connected Series with the circuit , which melts and breaks the circuit upon any unduly High Electric Current.

For Example :- A 5A Fuse is used in small appliance, When a current of 15 A enters into the circuit, the Fuse wire melts
