The principle of immunization is that a vaccine is inoculated inside the body to trigger the immune system to form antibodies against the antigen. It produces antibodies which prevent any subsequent exposure to the infecting microbe from turning into actual disease. This happens because when the immune system first season infectious microbes it response against it and remembers is specifically . so the next time that particular microporous close relatives enter the body the immune system response to to it with even greater vigour. This eliminates the infection even more quickly than the first time .

Hope it helps you friend
