here is ur answer:

total outcomes = 20

prime no b/w 1 to 20 r -

2, 3, 5, 7,11, 13, 17, 19

fav. outcomes = 8

p(a number chosen from 1 to 20 is a prime number) =  \frac{total outcomes}{fav. outcomes }  \\  \\ p(a number chosen from 1 to 20 is a prime number)  =  \frac{8}{20}  \\  \\ p(a number chosen from 1 to 20 is a prime number)  =  \frac{2}{5}

hope it helps you!
