We look for leap years beginning on Sun, which contain 52 whole weeks ending on a Sat, plus two more days which include Sun Mon, for a total of 53 Sundays and 53 Mondays. So 1 out of 28 years have the pattern you require (leap year with 53 Sundays and 53 Mondays).

I hope it helps

no. of Sundays = 53

total days ( in leap year) = 366

probability (e) = chance of Getting / total

= 53 / 366

= approx 14% ( real 14.4808743 % )
