A leap year has  366 days.

No. of weeks in a leap year= (365/7) + 1 day

                                               = 52.14 + 1

                                               = 52 weeks and 1 day  (approx)

Hence there will definitely be 52 sundays in a year, no matter whether it is a leap year or not.

However. there can be 53 sundays in a leap year if that one extra day is a sunday.

Therefore, the maximum number of sundays in an random year is 53. There is no way a leap year can have 54 sundays.

The probability of getting 54 sundays in a leap year  is 0
