A leap year has 366 days. It contain 52 weeks and 2 days.
These 2 days can be:
{Sun,Mon}( (Mon,Tue},{Tue,Wed},{Wed,Thu},{Thu,Fri},{Fri,Sat},{Sat,Sun} 7 cases).
Out of these 7 cases , 2 have Thursday:
{Thu,Fri}or{Wed,Thu}
Total number of outcomes =7.
No.of favourable outcomes= 2
Probability=number of favourable outcomes/total number of outcomes
Required probability (P)= 2/7
Hence, P( getting 53 Thursdays)= 2/7
