In a non Leap Year , there are 365 days including 52 weeks + 1 day. There are 52 weeks, so there must 52 mondays . Now there will be 53 mondays If the remaining days contain a monday.THIS IS POSSIBLE If first day of year is monday there will be 53 mondays.

So probability of 53 mondays depends on ,Which of the seven days will be the first day of year. And it should be monday from these seven days

So probability = 1/7
