the affected persons file a FIR against the supposed to be a criminal . The police accept the FIR and starts the questioning process to collect all possible information relevant to the evidence . If sufficient evidences are available the police must file a charge sheet . The accused can employ the services of the defend lawyer to defend him. On the opposition side, the public prosecutor who given the full detail of the case starts cross the examining the accused . After hearing both sides of the courts feels that the accused is guilty , it reads out the statement of crime and proclaims the punishment to be conferremed.
