Answer:

photosynthesis is process by which plants synthesis their own food with the help of CO2,h2o in the presence of sunlight and water .the product of this process are ago molecules which are used by the plant to carry out various life processes .also,oxygen is released in this process as a waste product.it's chemical equation is as follows :

CO2+H2O=>C6H12O6 (glucose)+O2 +H2O

this process starts with plant collecting raw material that is ,water and carbon dioxide .carbon dioxide enters the plant through small pores on leaf surface called stomata and water is absorbed through roots and reaches the leaf through xylem tissues present in plant.

in the leaf , chlorophyll is present in a cell organelle called chloroplast which helps in absorption of sunlight .this sunlight then breaks down the water into hydrogen and oxygen in the stroma part of chloroplast .this reaction is called light dependent reaction of photosynthesis.oxygen leaves the plant as waste product and hydrogen enters the grana part of chloroplast for further reactions.

in the grana part of chloroplast,hydrogen combines with CO2 to form glucose .this glucose is then distributed from the leaf to various part of plant through phloem tissues and stored in the form of ATP for performing various life processes.
