Answer:

The process by which plants make food is named as photosynthesis. Photosynthesis is the process in which green plants use sunlight to make their own food. Photosynthesis requires sunlight, chlorophyll, water, and carbon dioxide gas. Chlorophyll is a substance in all green plants, especially in the leaves.

Plants having pigments other than chlorophyll (green Colour pigment helpful in photosynthesis) have chlorophyll but the other pigments cover the green pigments and it appears to us as the respective pigment.

So the process of synthesis in all coloured plants are the same
I.e.: Photosynthesis
