What is the process of the mixture of tea leaves and water in a teapot

You can separate them by filtration but some tea extracts would have seeped into water and those can’t be removed by filtration.

Probably Activated charcoal filters and or RO units can purify the water but can’t recover the tea extracts into any useful form. So the tea leaves will probably be useless.
