So,

Step 1) :- Multiply the two numerators.

  • (-19) * 11
  • (-1) * 19 * 11
  • (-1) * 209
  • (-209).

Step 2) :- Multiply the two denominators.

  • 3 * 4
  • 12 .

Step 3) :- Put both result in a fraction and check for any common factor.
