smallest prime number is =2
smallest composite number is =4
then,
hcf of 4=2*2
hcf of 2=1*2
therefore, hcf is 2
hcf *lcm=no1*no2
2*lcm=4*2
lcm =4*2/2
=4
product =8
hope it helps!

smallest prime no. - 2
Smallest composite no. - 4
HCF × LCM = no.1 × no.2
HCF × LCM = 2 × 4
HCF × LCM = 8
