In order to present adequate range and space for various experiences of several students, a fraction of important co-scholastic areas has been incorporated in the evaluation scheme. It is expected that the schools have contributed fundamental amenities as well as significant learning practices to help the students obtain these skills, attitudes, values, and abilities before evaluation.
Grades of a student in Class IX are to be determined on the grounds of performance in all developmental evaluations and Summative Evaluations in academic areas as well as grades achieved in co-scholastic areas.
Every student is expected to get a qualifying grade D or higher in all the matters excluding 6th supplementary subject as per the system of study for the prospect of promotion to the next class.
A student getting E1 or E2 grade in academic fields in one or more subjects will have to develop his or her performance in one succeeding effort to achieve qualifying Grade D in these subjects.
