Property 3: The diagonals of a parallelogram bisect each other (at the point of their intersection) i.e. AE = CE and BE = DE.

(i)Opposite sides are parallel.

(ii)Sum of consecutive angles is 180°.

(iii)Diagonals bisect each other.

(iv)Opposite angles are congruent.

(v)Opposite sides are congruent.
