It is a heterogenous mixture.

The size of particles are too small to be individually be seen by our naked eye.

The particles in it are big enough to scatter a beam of light passing through it and make its path visible.

The particles do not settle down when left undisturbed.

They can pass through filter paper .

They show Tyndall effect.
