Cos(π+x) Cos(-x)/Sin(π-x) Cos ( π/2+x)

Now using the following identity,

Cos (π+x)= -Cosx
Cos(-x). = Cosx

Sin(π-x)= -Sinx
Cos(π/2+x)= Sinx

We have,

-Cosx*Cosx/-Sinx*Sinx

-Cos^2x/-Sin^2x

We know cosx/sinx= cord

So, -cos^2x/-Sin^2x= Cot^2x

Which is the needed proof

L.H.S= R.H.S

Hence prooved
