Explanation:

The 3 R’s stands for reduce, reuse and recycle. It helps to cut down on the amount of waste we throw away. The 3Rs help to conserve natural resources, save land, money and energy. The people must use to dispose of waste properly to keep environment clean. We have to follow 3R’s. Let’s see how.

i. Reduce: Avoid pointless purchases, so that unnecessary waste can be created. Things which are seldom used can be borrowed or shared with others. Buy bottles instead of cans and rechargeable batteries.

ii. Reuse the articles which are normally consider as waste because sometimes it could be used for other purposes. Instead of throwing articles, reduce waste by using them for other purposes. For examples, Paper and envelopes can be used as scrap paper for making notes.

iii. Recycle the waste products. To recycle something means that it will be transformed again into a raw material that can be shaped into a new item. By recycling we can conserve some amount of energy. Newspaper can be recycled to use it again. Ppastics can be recycled to use again by maying fresh items.

Answer:

• The main purpose of 3R's in the environment management program is to conserve the resources and to save our environment.

Explanation:

• In environmental management programs, the 3R's stands for Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.

• It's main objective is the reduction of wastes that are generated.

• In modern times, the extraordinary amount of waste that are being generated in our cities and towns are very hard to manage. To solve this we need to manage the generation of wastes, and that's why these 3R's were introduced where people are encouraged to reduce the generation of the waste, and to reuse some of the products like plastic containers, or glass jars, and most importantly to recycle.

• If we follow the 3R's of the environmental programs seriously then we would be able to sustain the resources, and to use them judiciously which will help in the conservation of resources and will eventually help in conservation of our environment.
