If there aren't any rules on the road people will not have a control on themselves. The no. of road accidents and deaths will go on increasing. The safety of driving on road drops down. People become scared to go roads etc. There will be many traffic jams. The rules make it safer on the road. Certain rules which are very important reduces the no. of accidents. If there is no speed limit people will go on an uncontrollable speed and end up in crash. Stay safe, drive safe and remember your family needs you.
