What is the purpose of the technology design process?

Answer:
The design process is...
a cycle of steps that helps a designer or engineer to
create a product.
The 5 steps of the design process
There are five steps in the design process I chose. I'm going to explain
what happens in each step of the design process image I created above.
Identify the problem - The first step is to ask or figure out what the problem is that we need to solve.
Explore Ideas - The second step is to Imagine, in this step a designer would
brainstorm lots of ideas, do some research about what he or she thinks they might want to create. They need to select a few of their best ideas and eventually narrow it down to their absolute best.
Plan and develop - The third step is to plan the product they selected from the imagine step. In this step they will consider what constriants they have to work with, and design and draw the product so it can be made into a model or prototype.
Test, Evaluate, Modify - The fourth step is to test, evaluate, and modify the product. Creating a model or prototype of the product will help the designer to figure out what they like about their product and what they could improve. This is figured out through testing the product. If changes need to be made the designer will go back through the entire design process until the product is refined to their liking.
Present solution - The fifth step is to share your solution. You present your solution to share your ideas with others, get feedback, and improve your product. In later stages when you've been through the design process a few times you may present your solution to a larger audience. This is similar to how the students at World of Inquiry revise their assignments many times before they present their work at expedition.
i hope it's help you
it make thinks easier for eg. a farmer is doing ploughing by his hand when there is no technology now , the farmer have a tractor so, he can do the same work very fastly
