In this poem the author is speaking in 1st paragraph that the clouds in the sky looks like balls of cotton and the wind blows gently and take the the clouds away along. then he speaks that the weather is pleasant and the fields are green . then a sudden shadow came which look spooky.

in the second paragraph author says that, the rain that was falling from the sky was like a sheet of ice means the droplets were cold , the author quickly turns around in surprise, the storm was blowing in full rage ,the author was shivering at that time and drenched from his head to feet

in third paragraph he says, before he blinked his eye the sudden storm passed away , the author blinked in wonder at the warm light of the sun and the clouds in the sky came again.
