Volume = 4/3 pi r^3

Surface area = 4 pi r^2

Given, both are equal

Thus,

4 \div 3 \: \pi {r}^{3}  = 4\pi {r}^{2}

4/3 r^3 = 4 r^2

r^3 / r^2 = 4 / (4/3)

r^(3-2) = 4 x 3/4

r^1 = 3

Thus,

r = 3 cm

Hope it helps :)
