here is answer.
At the other extreme, electrical insulators have resistivities in the range 1012 to 1020 ohm-metres.

The conductivity of insulators ranges between 10-10 to 10-20 (Ω-m)-1. Electrical resistivity is very low and ranges from 10-9 to 10-4 (Ω-m). Resistivity is normally high and ranges between 10-3 to 103 (Ω-m). Resistivity is very high and ranges between 104 to 1017 (Ω-m).
