(i)

Assign a numerical value of each alphabet according to their position in alphabetical order.

Starting from left, find out how many digits which are in right side are less than the corresponding number.

(a) Numbers less than 5 = 5!/2!, Here 5! = {1,2,4,4,3} and 2! = {O,O}.

(b) Numbers less than 1 =  0/2!

(c) Numbers less than 2 = 0/2!

(d) Numbers less than 4 = 1/2!

(e) Numbers less than 4 = 1/0!

(f) Numbers less than 3 = 0/0!

Now,

(iii)

Starting from the right side, write 0!, 1!, 2!..... etc

= > [(0/0!) * 0!] + [(1/0!) * 1!] + [(1/2!) * 2!] + [(0/2!) * 3!] + [(0/2!) * 4!] + [(5/2!) * 5!]

= > 0 + 1 + 1 + 0 + 0 + 300

= > 302.

In the final step, we will add 1 for SCHOOL itself.

Therefore, the rank of the word SCHOOL = 302 + 1 = 303.
