As the rate of the reaction becomes two times on doubling the concentration of b so the reaction is first order wrt to b when both a and b is doubled then rate becomes eight times as rxn is 1order art to b due to rate increases two times hence due to A rate increases four times which is 2^2 hence reaction is second order wrt to a

Rate law=(a^2)(b^1)
