The ratio of the forces are 1:1.

As gravitational force does not depends upon the medium in which the body are placed.

I hope it will help u..

Answer:

The gravitational force between two point particles with masses m and M separated by a distance 'r' is given by Newton's Law of Gravitation.

From Newton's law

F=G*m*M/r^2

Where G is Universal gravitational constant.

Now the gravitational force between two particles in air and water kept at same distance in each case would depend on the value of G ( m,M would remain same whether you keep in water or in air).

It has been found out that value of G is independent of medium between particles( that is why it is called universal).

So the force between air and between water would remain same or the ratio of magnitude of forces would be 1.
