⬆️Inertial mass measures the resistance to the acceleration of the object ( F = ma) . but the gravitational massshows the ability of the body to attracts other masses , for earth its the weight ( w =mg) .

According to the theory of general relativity which uses the equivalence principle which assumes that the two masses are equal. Hence the ratio of inertial mass to gravitational mass is equal to 1.
