Answer:

(x-1) (x-3) =0

x(x-3) -1(x-3) =0

x²-3x-x+3=0

x²-4x+3=0

x²-3x-x+3=0

x(x-3) -1(x-3) =0

(x-1) (x-3) =0

x-1=0 OR x-3=0

x=1 or x=3

therefore , 1 and 3 are the roots of given quadratic equation.

therefore

sum of roots=1+3=4

product of roots=1×3=3

therefore, as per the given condition,

ratio of sum of zeros to products of zeroes

=4/3
