ratio =  \frac{2\pi \: r {}^{2} }{ \frac{2\pi \: r {}^{3} }{3} }  =  \frac{6\pi \: r {}^{2} }{2\pi \: r {}^{3} }  =  \frac{3}{r}  = 3
