Reaction of copper sulphate is;

Fe (s) + CuS04 ( aq ) => Cu (s) + FeS04 ( aq )

When an iron nail is dipped in a copper sulphate solution, a brown coaling of copper is formed on the surface of the iron and the colour of the sulfate solution changes form blue to light green. This reaction shows that iron is more reactive than copper as it displaces copper form it's solution and iron passes into Fe2+ ions and ferrors sulphate solution is formed.

This reaction is a single displacement reaction....
