Red cabbage solution acts like an indicator.
When it is added to acidic medium, its colour changes to RED
When added to water, i.e., neutral solution, it changes into PURPLE
And when added to basic medium, it changes into GREENISH - YELLOW

Sorry I don't recognize whole question
In baking soda it changes to GREENISH YELLOW colour
In vinegar, RED colour
Curd, RED
Coffee is slightly acidic so it changes into PINKISH colour
Salt is neither acidic nor basic so NO change will take place
Sugar is also neutral so it also have no effect on the indicator
Soap solution is basic so RCS changes into GREENISH YELLOW
