In pancreas there are granules called longerhan granules which was invented by Paul longerhan it has two parts first part releases a hormone called insulin by this glucose levels in blood will be controlled this glucose will be converted to glycogen in liver by this hormone and another hormone called glucagon also secreted from pancreas releases when the glucose level was totally decreased this harmone will change the glycogen in glucose in liver by this condition of body will be normal
