The reality is that the poet is alone and then he sees daffodils beside the lake which makes him feel good. Later on he sees ten thousand daffodils at a glance and his heart is filled with joy and love this is because the poet loves nature and its beings. But once when be is all alone in a pensive mood he is sad but the site of daffodils in his inward eye that is his heart he is filled with joy again.

And according to the poem in short it is just that the nature can please anybody's mind and heart that even the saddest and dull thing or creature will rise up again with nature this tells us the importance of nature and environment.

Hope u understood.
