what is the reason behind covering wires carring electricity with rubber in some places

to prevent shock of electricity

hey mate here is your ans..
this is because rubber is a good conductor and it helps to not to flow the charges of electricity.
it prevents to get rid off by current.
therefore rubber is used to cover electric wires.
