Well, it doesn't literally 'rain' fish - but there have been occasions in the past when some fish fell from the sky when it was raining. There is nothing supernatural about this - like - the fish didn't come from the 'heavens' and so on. The fish that fell from the sky are just fish that were in the sea or lake, or whatever.

Scientists believe wind phenomena like whirlwinds or tornadoes are responsible. When such wind patterns appear over water bodies, they create waterspouts.In the 1996 movie TWISTER, cows, trucks and tractors are falling from the sky!
