What is the reason for shylock's hatred of Antonio besides the fact that he is a christian?

Antonio used to publically insult shylock for being a jew .He also used to insult shylock for doing his business properly ,that is take interest on his lend money.In one of the scenes shylock's thoughts have been shown where he hates Antonio due to the insults he faces and also because Antonio had called shylock a dog and spat on his Jewish clothes and his face.shylock also says that he hates Antonio becuase he is not a proper moneylender like shylock,and lends money as a hobby .Antonio did not take any interest on the money lend as he hated that concept and thought it was theft .Due to this the interest rate in Venice was also declining andas a result shylock was having losses in his business.He also hated Antonio because Antonio had kicked him in front of the public.These are the reasons Shylock hated Antonio except the fact that he was a Christian
