what is the reason for some fruits will get brown colour when we cut, with what they are reacting

they react with the oxygen in their, so get brown after some time when kept in air....plz mark as brainliest if you like it.. plz

They react with air..... I. E. O2... When a fruit is cut oxygen is introduced into the injured plant tissue...... So it turns brown color
