What is the reason for tailing at 3' end of hnRNA?

hnRNA is formed in nucleus for translation it moves to cytoplasm... which may contain exonulease

to protect the mRNA polyA chain in attached to mRNA so that if exonuclease will remove nucleotide than only tail part is affected mRNA won't
