The non-flowering plants are the types of plants which will not produce any seeds or flowers. Plants like mushroom and fungi produce spores instead of seeds or flowers. Flowering plants produce seeds and flowers as its vital part.

Shrubs are the plants which grow very less in height. Shrubs have the stems which are capable of growing only 6 feet at an average rate whereas trees are capable of growing more height and it has firmer stem than the shrub.

Vertebrates are the animals which have a vertebral column or the backbone which is the major reason for the balance of the body. Invertebrates are the animals which will not any backbone or vertebral column.
