What is the reason of HCl is gas and H2O is liquid.​

Answer:

Hydrogen Bonding.

This is because H2O has two hydrogen whereas HCl has only one. So due to more hydrogen bonding(because of more hydrogen) in H2O it exists in liquid form whereas HCl exists in gaseous state
