It is not possible for raining all the places on our Planet EARTH. Their a ecological cycle on our planet. Ans. of your Q. is this is because there ate many seasons like Raing season,Spring Season, Autam season etc.Our crop are also depend on tje seasons and these seasons crop are of 2 tyes -Rabi Crop and Kharif crop.

I ll explain .in a region there's rain in an area and the other area is totally dry and not a single drop of water .why and how it happens ?
