What is the reason why coramandal coast recieves more rainfall during north east monsoon

The Coromandal coast receives winter rainfall because of movement of low-pressure conditions to the Bay of Bengal. During October-November, the sun apparently moves towards the south. During this period, the monsoon trough over the northern plains becomes weaker.
