What is the reciprocal of (1/3) raised to the power -2 ÷ (3/5) raised to the power -3

= 3² ÷(\frac{5}{3})^{3}

= 9 ÷ \frac{125}{27}

= 9 × \frac{27}{125}

= \frac{9\times 27}{125} = \frac{243}{125} = 1\frac{118}{125}
