Refraction of light means the phenomenon in which light rays travel from one medium to another medium and gets deviated by its original path.

Reflection of light means the deviation of light rays in the same medium after striking a surface .

The difference between these two are that in reflection the medium in which light travells is not changed , whereas in refraction the medium in which light travells is changed.
