Hey mate here ur answer:

First know what is secularism

——————————————————————————

Secularism: the belief that religion should not influence or be involved in the organization of society, education, government, etc.

यह विश्‍वास कि सरकार, शिक्षा, समाज आदि पर धर्म का प्रभाव नहीं होना चाहिए; धर्मनिरपेक्षता, पंथनिरपेक्षता

The relationship between democracy and secularism is very similar, Democracy is a system of government by the people by election and in the election all community irrespective of cast , color, creed and religion excist and vote for the development of the areas where they reside, these living in harmony with each other inspite of different religion, language, and thinking is called securalism and democracy cannot survive without secularism, so there is a very close relationship between the two.

Hope it helps u and please follow up, I will be thankful to you
