What is the relation between angle of incidence ,angle of refraction and angle of emergence. Are they equal

for the minimum angular deviation in a prism the angle of incidence must be equal to the angle of emergence. Angle of incidence is the angle by which an incident ray makes with the normal whereas the angle of deviation is the angle by which the reflected ray is deviated from its original path..
