Because the difference between the freezing point of water and boiling of water is 100° on both the celcius and kelvin scales, the size of a degree Celcius (°C) and Kelvin (K) are precsely the same. In contrast, both a degree Celcius and a Kelvin are 9/5 the size of a degree Farenheit (°F).
